Job summary

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure in Washington; CCC-SLP preferred. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to deliver resident-centered care and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington state.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Job Title: Speech Therapist (ST)

Location: South Creek Post Acute

Pay: $45-$55 per hour

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering resident-centered, compassionate care
