Job summary

Lacamas Creek Post Acute in Camas, WA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing in residents within a positive, supportive environment. Licensed SLP in Washington is required; CCC is preferred.

Full-time status qualifies for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, provide therapy across speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, and collaborate with

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required.
• Full time status required for sign on bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and care plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

is excited to welcome a caring and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to our rehabilitation team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working in a positive and supportive environment.

Compensation and Incentives

• $40 to $65 per hour
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires
• Sign on bonus paid quarterly
