Job summary

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis in Washington. The role offers $45-$55 per hour and requires a WA SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled therapy per physician orders. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes.
  • Provide skilled therapy services per physician orders and care plans.

What We're Looking For
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
