Job summary

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team on-site in Washington. The role focuses on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing for residents.

The ideal candidate holds a WA SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred. A full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid quarterly, and a supportive, collaborative work environment with ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington state.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Full-time status required for sign on bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
  • Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and care plans.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Speech Language Pathologist

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is excited to welcome a caring and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to our rehabilitation team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working in a positive and supportive environment.

Compensation and Incentives
  • $40 to $65 per hour
  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires
  • Sign on bonus paid quarterly

Primary Responsibilities
