Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients regain their power by improving communication, swallowing, and remediating disorders. You are responsible for delivering rehab services effectively, designing treatment plans, and working with patients to execute those plans.

You are a healer and a helper, focusing on the whole patient and tailoring programs to restore and enhance speech and communication abilities.

You adapt to patient needs and find joy in a variety of work settings, from equipment cleaning to reporting and meetings. You thrive in dynamic environments that keep you moving.

You collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care. You also train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications
