*Seeking therapists with full independent licensure in Texas State. Position is 100% remote, full-time (40 hours per week) - 24 hours per week will be direct patient facing hours, 16 administrative hours. 3 evenings required per week, along with daytime hours (Mon-Fri).

How you’ll serve our patients
The Virtual Primary Therapist II conducts individual and group therapy (adults, children, adolescents) on topics like mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders; conducts family therapy and education sessions; develops individualized treatment plans; and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. All sessions are via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, following established protocols. Therapists must maintain licensure for additional states as needed, under supervision.
You will serve patients daily by:
• Conducting psychotherapy (individual, group, family)
• Completing clinical paperwork and administrative tasks, including:
• Conducting assessments and treatment planning, including biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments; creating treatment goals and plans; and developing support or behavior plans as needed.
• Attending treatment team meetings to coordinate care and possibly training less experienced team members.
