Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients regain their communication and swallowing abilities. You are responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, designing treatment plans, and working with patients to execute those plans.

You are a healer and a helper, focused on addressing the whole patient as an individual. Your goal is to develop programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication skills.

You are adaptable to patient needs and find joy in diverse work settings, from cleaning equipment to reporting in meetings. You thrive in a dynamic environment that keeps you moving throughout the day.

You are a team player, collaborating with peers and making referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similar field accepted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
