We are a start-up, therapist-led pediatric clinic in Orlando, FL, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and related developmental challenges. Our interdisciplinary team is committed to empowering children and families through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a per diem Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. This flexible position involves providing therapy either in-home or via telehealth, based on your availability and client preference. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children with autism, has a strong interest in social communication, speech and language, and/or feeding therapy, and enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver therapy for children with speech, language, and communication needs
• Focus on areas such as social-pragmatic skills, feeding, and early language development
• Collaborate with psychologists and other team members in autism/ADHD evaluations
• Provide parent coaching and support
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP preferred (strong CFs considered)
• Experience with or interest in autism is a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits (as needed)
