Licensed Behavioral Mental Health and Counseling Therapists

Optimum Care Counseling & Wellness Solutions is seeking licensed therapists to join our team. If you reside in the US and hold a Master's degree in mental and behavioral health, counseling, marriage counseling, or related fields, we encourage you to apply.

Our goal is to help clients utilize their strengths to gain insight and control over their lives. We support your professional growth by assisting with licensing and providing supervision. This is a 100% virtual position, offering flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include providing individual counseling to children, adults, and the elderly via our telehealth platform, using our electronic health records system. Benefits include credentialing, advertising, copay collection, patient relations, medication management support, and secure communication systems.

Responsibilities

1. Establish open communication with clients experiencing mental or emotional issues.
2. Offer assistance and therapeutic services such as cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, or psychoanalytic therapies.
3. Develop and implement treatment plans.
4. Collaborate with our in-house psychiatrist, nurse practitioners, and other treatment providers.
5. Complete all documentation promptly.
6. Complete required online EHR training (paid, approximately 10-15 hours).

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in mental and behavioral health counseling is a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Strong leadership qualities.
5. Licensed Clinical Professional required.
