Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will design tailored treatment plans, assess progress, and adjust therapies to maximize communication outcomes in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Applicants should hold current state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR/BLS, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC (ASHA) certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and measure outcomes.
