Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized speech and language rehabilitation programs. You will work closely with patients to overcome communication challenges and track progress with supportive, evidence-based therapies.

Role requires state licensure and CCC certification, with CPR/BLS either current or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required for ASHA credentialing.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

CCC Certification
