Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language challenges in a hospital-based setting. You will develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires CCC certification, active state licensure, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
