Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive, community-based setting. You will evaluate, design, and implement personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using state-of-the-art therapy tools.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• SCP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
