Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We offer Part-Time, and PRN opportunities for an SLP who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Pay Rate: $60.00–$65.00 per hour, DOE

Position Overview

As an SLP at Sunnyvale Post Acute, you will provide individualized evaluation and treatment to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. You will work closely with residents, families, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
