Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Vallejo, CA is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for a Speech-Language Pathologist. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP licensure are required; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000, aligned to the school year calendar.

This clinician-led program offers mentoring, supervision, and strong collaboration with families, IEP teams, and schools. Onsite settings only; benefits include health, 401K with match, and in-house CEU

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.
• Settings Available: Onsite; School.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
