Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services under the CA calendar. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, teachers, and IEP teams, with mentorship available through CF supervision.

We offer a salary range of $82,000 to $120,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for clinical leadership, supervision, and professional development within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
