Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring an Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in California. The role involves school-based services, assessments, and IEP collaboration in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA licensure eligibility are required, with TB and fingerprint clearance. CFs welcome, onsite in Sacramento, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
  • Fingerprint background clearance.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
  • Perform appropriate assessments, write comprehensive evaluation reports.
  • Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
  • Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
  • Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
  • Write IEP goals in support of curricular standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
