Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2026-2027 year. Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP licensure are required; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000, based on the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility required.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance required.

• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult with Parent/Teacher/IEP team regarding service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
• Settings Available: Onsite; School.
