Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the California school year. The role involves delivering school-based services, performing assessments, and writing evaluation reports under CA licensure guidelines.

You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and the IEP team to tailor interventions, track progress, and write goals aligned to curricula. CFs welcome and salary ranges reflect the school-year calendar.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/eligibility required.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethical, CA school-based therapy services.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents, Teachers and IEP Team on service delivery.
• Target modification and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
