Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for a Speech-Language Pathologist. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, and CA SLP license/credential or eligibility is needed. CFs welcome.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, based on the school year calendar. Onsite position available for California schools. Join a clinician-led team focused on helping kids and families, with strong mentoring and professional development opportunities and inclusive

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
