Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based services. The role includes conducting ethically sound assessments, writing evaluation reports, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams to implement effective intervention plans.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, with CA SLP licensure or eligibility. Fingerprint and TB clearances are also required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Perform appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.
• Write goals in support of curricular standards for IEPs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Salary - $82,000-$120,000 based on school year calendar

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Potential for intern, SLPA, or Clinical Fellowship supervision responsibilities
