Job summary

Creekside Healthcare Center in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat residents within an established plan of care. The role requires a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and an active California license.

Salary ranges from $104,000 to $135,200 per year with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, relocation support, and referral bonuses. One year of clinical experience is preferred.

• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
