Job summary

Creekside Healthcare Center in California is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents within established plans of care. You will perform screenings, administer tests, and support functional swallow techniques while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliant documentation.

The position offers a salary range of $104,000 to $124,800 per year with a sign-on bonus, PTO and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with the plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents on functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents per policy and regulations.

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.

• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Entry Qualifications and Skills:

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.
