Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in San Diego seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required; CFs are welcome.

You will provide school-based services in English and Spanish, and work within the CA credentialing framework. You will collaborate with families, teachers, and IEP teams to write goals, conduct assessments, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
