Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA licensure are required; CFs are welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school year calendar.

The role offers local clinical supervision and mentoring, AAC mentorship, and opportunities to supervise interns or clinical fellows, with comprehensive benefits and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Perform appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals in alignment with curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
