Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in California. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, and CFs are welcome.

Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school year calendar, with comprehensive benefits and mentoring programs. We offer a mission-driven clinician-led environment with local supervision, mentorship, and in-house CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.
• Settings Available: Onsite; School.
• Salary offers consider years of experience, specialties, and geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments and writing evaluation reports.
• Collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance records.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
