Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is a CA-based organization focused on school-based speech-language pathology services for children. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA SLP licensure or eligibility, and clearances.

The position offers a salary of $82,000–$120,000 depending on the school year calendar and qualifications, with robust mentoring and professional development opportunities. CFs are welcome, and there is potential for supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/eligibility.
• Fingerprint clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments, write evaluation reports.
• Consult with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write goals in support of curricular standards in IEPs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
