SPG Therapy & Education in Oakland, CA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per school year, based on the calendar.

Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and CA license are required, with fingerprint and TB clearances. Onsite school settings with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for mentoring, supervision, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based SLP services in California, adhering to ethics and laws.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and IEP teams on service delivery.
• Target modification and generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Support additional duties and special projects as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
