SPG Therapy & Education in Richmond, CA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master’s degree in SLP and CA license are required; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 depending on the school-year calendar.

The role includes conducting school-based services, assessments, IEP collaboration, data collection, and writing goals aligned with curricular standards. We offer mentoring, supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents, Teachers, and IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodations, and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
