Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. A Master's degree is required; CFs welcome; CA license/eligibility and fingerprint/TB clearances are necessary.

Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per school-year calendar. Join a clinician-led team with mentoring, in-house CEUs, supervision, and comprehensive benefits including a 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
