• Collects case history info from patient, family, caregivers, and others and selects appropriate evaluation procedures.
• Conducts speech and language pathology assessments and uses appropriate materials for prevention and intervention.
• Develops and implements an evidence-based plan of care with measurable goals in collaboration with patient and family.
• Interprets information to create and adjust treatment plans and recommendations.
