Job summary

Willoughby is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and to develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. The role includes supervising SLP Assistants and documenting progress in the patient record in alignment with state regulations and payer requirements.

The candidate will use Casamba and Point Click Care for data entry, perform discharge planning, and contribute to in service trainings for staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology (preferred Masters/Doctorate).
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of referral.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain approval from referring physician.
