Job summary

Qualifications

Develops treatment plans aligned with benefit and reimbursement.
Educates staff and other professionals on interventions and outcomes.
Completes documentation (evaluations, progress notes, summaries, reports).
Screens individuals who may benefit from therapy interventions.
Maintains licensure, certification, and credentialing as required.

Responsibilities

Directs and supervises assistants and students per state and federal guidelines.
Follows safety procedures for patient and personal protection.
Pursues continuing education to enhance clinical knowledge.
Keys information into EMR and rehab systems accurately and timely.
Supports department operations and program development.
Communicates patient status and needs to patients, families, and care team.
