Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY or student clinicians.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams on progress and discharge planning.
