Job summary

Odyssey-Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to organize and conduct speech/language programs for ORTS to support rehabilitation. The role includes evaluating clients, setting goals, implementing treatment plans, and documenting outcomes.

The clinician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate assistive devices, and adapt therapy to individual needs while ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA or eligible to participate as a Clinical Fellow.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients, develop treatment goals and methods, and implement speech therapy plans with documentation.
• Coordinate adaptive communication devices and instruct clients in their use.
• Consult with rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen.
• Adapt programs to individual client needs and monitor progress and attitudes.
• Supervise supportive personnel and maintain equipment and supplies.
