Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime schedule at Claymont Health & Rehab in Uhrichsville, Ohio. The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a current, unencumbered state SLP license with CCC-SLP.

At least 1 year of experience is preferred to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety, and

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• State SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP are required.
• 1 year of SLP experience is preferred.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
