Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support Claymont Health & Rehab in Uhrichsville, Ohio. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care with consistent clinical standards and patient-centered communication, on a flexible daytime schedule.

You will evaluate speech, language and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families about strategies to improve communication and safety.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
