Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN, on-site services at the Scenic Pointe location in Millersburg, Ohio. You will deliver high-quality care while maintaining consistent standards, aligning with the full-time team, and offering flexible daytime PRN shifts.

The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with families to support speech, language, and swallowing therapy. Ohio licensure and CCC-SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
