Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime coverage at our Mill Creek and Galion, Ohio locations. The role emphasizes continuity of care with the same clinical standards as our full-time team.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, CCC-SLP, and ideally 1 year of prior experience. This PRN position offers flexibility and collaborative support from a leadership team of experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
