Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to deliver high-quality care at Champion Creek, Medina, Ohio. You will evaluate, plan and implement individualized therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, while documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed.

The role requires an SLP with a Master's degree, active state license and CCC-SLP, plus 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State SLP license and CCC-SLP certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
