Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime work in Mentor Ridge/Mentor, Ohio. You’ll provide high-quality care with the same standards as our full-time team and help ensure continuity of care for patients.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, current state SLP license, CCC-SLP, and about 1 year of experience. You’ll evaluate and develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on communication and swallowing safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
