Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our PRN team in Akron, Ohio. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, delivering care that aligns with our clinical standards.

You choose when you work—Daytime, PRN schedule—at Hickory Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation. Must hold master's in SLP, current state license, and CCC-SLP; one year of experience preferred. We support families and patients with clear communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
