Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime work at Boulder Crossing, Streetsboro, Ohio. You will deliver services with the same clinical standards as the full-time team and collaborate with leadership to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, an active state license, and CCC-SLP certification, with about 1 year of experience preferred. Join a flexible schedule designed to support therapists on their terms.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License and ASHA CCC-SLP are required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
