Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN daytime role in Medina, Ohio. You’ll deliver high-quality care aligned with our standards while choosing when to work, within a supportive leadership team.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license and CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience preferred. You will evaluate, plan, document progress, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
