Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high quality care at Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center in Hillsboro, IL.

You will work daytime hours with the same clinical standards as our full‑time team, ensuring continuity of care when you’re scheduled. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an unencumbered SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
