Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Olney, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime shifts. You will work with our Helia Healthcare of Olney team to deliver high-quality care, with consistency in voice and standards.

You will evaluate and develop individual treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety, while collaborating with the local leadership and care team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
