Job summary

Continuum-Therapy-Partners in Colby, Wisconsin is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our flexible care model. You’ll deliver high-quality evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education while maintaining consistent clinical standards alongside our main team.

This role offers daytime PRN shifts with onsite work at Colonial Health & Rehabilitation Colby WI, requiring a Master’s in SLP, active license, and CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
