Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime shifts at Dayspring of Miami Valley in Fairborn, OH. Join a compassionate team delivering high-quality care and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

You’ll assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and educate patients and families while maintaining clinical standards and voice across the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
