Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN daytime hours in Uhrichsville, OH, to provide consistent, high-quality care and maintain continuity with the full-time team.

You will evaluate and develop treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety at Claymont Health & Rehab in Uhrichsville, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
