Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and implement speech therapy treatment programs across all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, within home health settings.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Texas licensure, current BLS (within 90 days), a valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology are required.
• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas is required.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements speech therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics.
